Polyurethane Concrete Raising

Foamjacking or polyjacking is an excellent way to eliminate settling and repair foundations. With foamjacking, you inject polyurethane foam, such as our Deep Foamjection™ product, beneath the sinking or settling parts of a foundation. This approach elevates the foundation back to a uniform level, eliminating foundational issues and restoring structural integrity. Polyurethane offers excellent longevity and distribution and is lightweight.

Compression Grouting

Grouting is often a fantastic addition or alternative to mud jacking or foam jacking. It allows you to incorporate grout or foam directly into soils, where it cures to create a solid layer that’s less susceptible to settling.

Using our dual-component polyurethane, you can provide the stability needed to prevent settling. By pumping grout directly into the deeper soil layers, you can create a solid base layer that enables further repair through concrete raising techniques.
