The MiniQuik Mix ProTrailer features a large 3.5-cubic-yard hopper and an automated conveyor belt at the bottom. Instead of shoveling bags of material into the mixer, you can store them in bulk, saving time in refills. When you need a batch, the conveyor belt activates, transporting a precise amount of materials into the mixer tub, eliminating manual labor completely and ensuring consistent quantities for each batch.
Our automated trailer system also provides precise water measurement. Once the dry material is conveyed into the mixer, the system adds a preprogrammed volume of water into the mixer tub. The operator only needs to input the desired water-to-material ratio, and the machine will add the correct amount to maintain the right consistency of the grout slurry.
Once the dry materials and water have been added, the automated mixing trailer will run for a preset duration at a consistent speed.
