Our FillFoam™ Installation Systems give you two clear choices—Low-Capacity package and High-Volume package—so you can match output and mobility to the job. The Low-Capacity system delivers up to 15 cu yd/hr, ideal for targeted void fill, tight access, or smaller jobs. Our low-capacity option integrates directly with your existing HMI Poly System for a simple, dual purpose setup; the other is a complete system designed to mount in a trailer for a stand-alone solution. When you need serious throughput, the High-Volume system pushes up to 60 cu yd/hr; you supply the transport platform (trailer, van, or truck), and we help you kit it for efficient, high-rate production.
To fine-tune the system to your crew and jobs, choose from Upgrades & Optional Add-Ons. However you configure it—integrated with HMI Poly equipment, installed as a trailer-based stand-alone, or scaled up on your own vehicle—each package is built for quick setup, reliable performance, and clean.
